No. We do not provide medical care, clinical services, therapy, or case management. All medical and supportive services are delivered by credentialed third-party providers.

No. Patriot Pathway Homes operates strictly as a housing provider. We do not operate shelters, treatment programs, or medical facilities.

How are Veterans placed?

All residents are placed through referral-only programs, including VA, county, or approved nonprofit partners. We do not accept walk-ins or self-referrals.

What type of housing is it?

We lease single-family residential homes and offer furnished private bedrooms with shared common living spaces.

Are the homes supervised?

Homes are professionally managed with routine inspections and clear accountability standards. Oversight is focused on property management and house rules, not clinical supervision.

Where are you located?

Our initial service area is Brevard County, Florida, including Palm Bay and Melbourne.

Who pays for the housing?

Housing is funded through government or agency referral programs that provide per-Veteran reimbursement. We do not bill residents directly.

Are your homes compliant with local laws and zoning?

Yes. All properties operate in compliance with federal, state, and local residential housing laws, zoning regulations, and safety requirements. Homes are located in non-HOA residential areas.

How long do Veterans typically stay?

Length of stay varies based on the referral program and individual circumstances. Stays are governed by program guidelines and housing agreements, with the goal of supporting long-term stability.

How do you ensure safety and property standards?

Each home follows strict house rules, routine inspections, and professional maintenance standards to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful living environment.

Do you work with landlords or property owners?

Yes. Patriot Pathway Homes partners with property owners through long-term residential leases, providing professional management, reduced turnover, and reliable rent payments.

Do you operate transportation services?

Transportation services are coordinated through an affiliated but separate company named, " Freedom Route Services"  ensuring clear operational and compliance separation.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and product availability. Most orders are processed within a few business days and delivered within standard shipping timeframes.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Patriot Pathway Homes online store only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we may expand in the future. Please check back for updates.
